I love the color varitions and textures of turquoise.  My journey into metalsmithing has only deepened those affections.  
 
This ring features a really lovely White Water Turquoise.  Encased in fine silver, the turquoise sits on a textured sterling backplate.  The ring is also hand textured.  The entire piece has been patinated to add interest and dimension.  The overall setting is approximately 3/4" x 1/2".  The ring is size 8.75 (58.71 mm inner diameter).
