Titanium cuffs are a really attractive alternative for those who have metal allergies.  This cuff has been hand-textured, flame-painted... and, really pretty.  It is light-weight and, of course, hypo-allergenic.  It measures 5 13/16" from end to end  and is 13/16" wide.  The opening is 1 1/8-inch.
