"Aurora"... named for the northern sky light shows, this beautiful piece is equally captivating with its beautiful colors that change with movement.  The Australian Andamooka Matrix Opal (treated) Doublet is the work of noted lapidary artist Jason Hill.  The setting is a combination of fine and sterling silver that includes beading, hand-fabricated accents and bail.  I have hand-scalloped the outer edges and added patina to the piece for contrast The piece measure 1 5/8" in length and 7/8" wide.  A beautiful and special addition to any jewelry collection.
